Assalamualaikum,
It took so long for me to update new entry. I not busy, it just constraint with laptop and internet access. Well, I had decided to buy Galaxy tab by tomorrow. Hopefully, after this I could update often. Insyaallah...
Well, the other side, it almost one week I re-diet. No more fry food, no more keropok and snack. Plus, today I want KBS. Reality Korean whose ate instant at much. It caused so many unexpected disease. I felt 'insaf sebentar', and promise to eat balance food.
So, for lunch, I just took keropok lekor rebus (which is no oil). But then, belum sempat petang, I felt hungry lagi. I ate orange and prepared for my tea break.
Here we go, my sexy salad of tea break:)
Mixed salad with homemade wholemeal croutons.
Really delicious and less calories:)
And took less than 15 mins to prepare this meal.
Super duper easy.
Just grated carrot and add some mayonis with black pepper. And mixed with salad and baby tomato.
For crouton, I used wholemeal bread. And I fried with 1 tea spoon olive oil (this oil good for your health especially those wants reduce weight).
I ate with mineral water only, no tea tarik or nescafe tarik ye:)
And for dinner, also healthy food. My mum cooked steam of kerapu fish with loads of ginger and garlic.
No oil added, loads of ginger and garlic.
Bagus kalau nak buang angin badan ni...:P

Beside steam fish, I also had overleft of 'keropok lekor rebus'.
And for beverage, I add some seaweed into my cup of tea. Seaweed also one of weight reduce agent, helps to stimulate increasing metabolism.
Hopefully my diet program run smooth for tomorrow:)
