Dark chocolate brownie

Assalamualaikum...

It really hard for me to update my blog frequently. I wish I could afford to buy tab instead of laptop. Hehehehehhe...

Well, stop rambling nonsense. Yesterday, I had sacrificed my lovely 'boyfie'. Yes, sacrificed my expensive boyfie because I really craving for brownie.

Actually, I could buy it from Secret Recipe. But I know it gonna be sweet as well (I not really like of sweet).

So, I Google recipe for brownie and modified by my own taste. As you concern, I mad with dark chocolate. I used dark chocolate aka my 'expensive boyfie'

99% of cacao, super duper bitter.

Here we go! 

My project began with beat egg with 1 spoon icing sugar only. I cut off the sugar. Supposed it must put more sugar. It because brownie must rich with chocolate and sweetness. But I hate sweet, so as usual, modified the recipe my own.

I also 'menderhaka'. It supposed double boiled of dark chocolate with butter. I just melt the butter and dark chocolate, then add some water instead. Hehehehehe...after all, mixed all(the beaten egg with sugar, flour and melt dark chocolate) together. Baked!

Momentum berubah

Assalamualaikum..

Yesterday, I had lied my mum. Okey, please don't behave like me!

Aku menipu sebab terpaksa, well terpaksa. I told my mum that my friends nak celebrate my belated besday. Instead, I met Nabilah for collected my teamix.

I almost one month and plus I consumed teamix. Such lot of changed in my health. I glad to say, Thanks to Allah and thanks to Herbalife. We planned to had meeting at Uitm Hotel cafe (Sebab aku nak makan oreo cheesecake, dah lama craving even damage to my diet).

Compare secret recipe, I love cake dekat Hotel Uitm. Taste cheesecake kat sini much better than Secret recipe. Light aje rasanya, tak muak mana. Manis pun tak.

Nabilah came, but she brought another two person of Herbalifer iaitu Tuan Kimi and Hidayah.

Semua ni fulltime buat HErbalife, tabik spring aku!

Mulanya our conversation cam biasa aje. Then, it turning more serious conversation about Herbalife. Camne Tuan Kimi sacrificed duit tabung just to buy Herbalife product. Then, sold his beloved motorcycle sebab nak mula business (he earned 3 years to buy that  motorcycle).  Tu belum masuk part

 Hidayah story lagi. So impressed of me!

Ibarat kata Tuan Kimi, "momentum sudah berubah".

Itulah berlaku pada aku. PEtang tu decide nak jadi member. Lagipun, aku dah niat. Business aku buat ni untuk masa depan mak aku. Bila dia bersara nanti, aku nak suruh dia handle business ni. Untung dia ambil lah. At least, aku nak pastikan dia tak hidup susah in future (mak aku tu shapaholic).

Jadi, aku harap sangat dia dapat manage business ni when she retire next five years. By now, I need to move on. Tak leh dah nak goyang kaki, hidup zon selesa lagi.

Nabilah gave me this satin bag for my purchased.

I bought 2 bottles of teamix, 100g and 50g.

Total Rm360, yes quite expensive. Boleh beli 20 biji pouch dari Polo Horse gitu.Tapi bila kira balik, it worth enough. Nak tahu kenapa, I had upgrade my health condition to better stage. Plus, more energetic compare before. 

If anyone tak percaya, I willing kacau secawan bagi korang minum. Then, you could tell me the different (especially yang ada sembelit, it really good ye)

Another part of my life, my besday had gone a week. But, I still received UNEXPECTED present dari mereka yang terdekat. Latest one from my sister, Farah. Thanks a lot!

Kalau dah perempuan...

Apa khabar semua? Alhamdulilah, kat sini sihat even a bit headache. Headache sebab duit melayang tanpa sebab. Sometime, I hate cuti panjang because duit akan terbang masuk ke mana-mana kedai yang sometime itu hanyalah KEHENDAK.

Well, let me story. Jumaat tu, masa pergi Mesramall, ternampak ada sales Polo Horse handbag. 70% wooooww! Tak ke nak terkeluar biji mata aku ni. Usyar punya usyar, jumpa jugak yang berkenan di hati.

Ni dia, handbag Polo Horse, chocolate lagi (sempena empunya diri suka makan chocolate)

Aku akan pakai hangbag ni sampai jahanam (kami orang Terengganu panggil jahaman untuk rosak).

Tapi...

Sabtu semalam, mak aku ajak pergi Kemaman. Nak cari barang buat majlis bacaan Yassin next two weeks.

Whilst mak aku mencari barang, aku pusing-pusing The Store. And The Store memang ada jual Polo Horse jugak, Tengah syok window shopping, terpandang pouch Polo Horse. Murah aje beb!

Tak payah belilah. kan semalam dah beli satu!

Okey, decide tak payah beli.

So, aku jumpa mak aku kat ground floor. Kami pergi makan.

Aku ni biasalah, kalau dah pegang something, tak beli, mesti teringat-ingat. Terganggu concentration pada makanan.

Huuuhhhh....sebelum balik, aku naik The Store. 

Apa lagi, rembat satu!

Biasa aje...

Ni baru dikatakan perempuan kan...SHOPPING....

Aku teringat kata-kata Ustaz Azhar, "Kalau perempuan cakap lepas ni tak beli lagi, jangan percaya".

Isnin hari tu, lepas balik solat zohor dapat email dari kak Linda.

"Tadi ada orang buka laci azie...".

Honestly, ada jugak sikit geram. Sebenarnya dalam laci aku tu bukan ada apa benda kecuali stationaries bersepah, medical certificate and forms OT with timesheet. So aku reply, "sape?".

Kak Linda gelak dan suruh aku bukak laci. Well, bila buka, tadaaa!
